- Mentor department heads and build a high-performing culture
- Report directly to the Director / Board

- Graduate or Postgraduate in Engineering / Management
- Minimum 0 to 2 years' experience in Manufacturing/Industrial
- Proven leadership in handling cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of plant operations, HR, and P&L
- Excellent communication, decision-making & negotiation skills
