·         All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

·         Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

·         In case of delays due to high order volume, we will notify you.

We ship through trusted courier partners across India, including:

·         Blue Dart

·         Professional Couriers

·         India Post (for remote locations)

3. SHIPPING CHARGES

·         Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight, location, and courier partner.

·         Any promotional “Free Shipping” offers will be mentioned on the website.

4. DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery times:

·         Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

·         Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days

·         Remote / Rural Locations: 7–10 business days

5. ORDER TRACKING

·         Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier link.

·         Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

6. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

·         We currently ship only within India.

·         Hazardous or restricted items may not be eligible for shipping through certain carriers.

·         Large drums or bulk quantities may require special transportation arrangements.

7. DELAYS & RESPONSIBILITY

Bharat Lubricants is not liable for delays caused by:

·         Courier or logistics partners

·         Weather conditions

·         Natural disasters

·         Strikes or operational issues

·         Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Once the product is handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.

8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged:

1.   Take photos/videos of the package and product.

2.   Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

3.   Do not discard packaging until your claim is processed.

For lost packages, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier.

9. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY

If an order is returned due to:

·         Incorrect address

·         No one available to receive

·         Phone number unreachable

Reshipping charges will apply.

10. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.
