Once the product is handed over to the courier, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer.
8. DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged:
1. Take photos/videos of the package and product.
2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Do not discard packaging until your claim is processed.
For lost packages, we will assist in raising a claim with the courier.
9. WRONG ADDRESS / FAILED DELIVERY
If an order is returned due to:
